Our story
We spent years using email systems from bigger, well-known companies, and there were always gaps they couldn't fill.
The enterprise tools we knew did far more than most businesses needed, and the “simple” tools were too limiting. Everything felt as if it needed a marketing degree to use.
So we started sketching out what an email tool should look like. It would understand plain English and work out who to send to without a tutorial, and it would help businesses write better emails before they send them.
SplashSend grew out of those sketches. Today we’re a small team based in Suffolk, UK, and we still believe email doesn’t have to be complicated. We also believe a business that uses AI should help pay for the water AI uses, so 1% of every paid subscription goes to water conservation projects.
Our values

Simplicity is hard work
Making something simple takes more effort than making it complex, and we put that effort in so SplashSend is easy to use.

Humans first
We use AI to help people with their work. Every feature we build starts with the question ‘how does this help a real person?’

Honest by default
We don’t use dark patterns, hidden fees or sneaky upsells. We tell you exactly what you’re getting.

Shaped by you
We keep improving SplashSend, and what you tell us shapes what we build next.

Charitable by design
1% of every paid subscription funds water conservation projects. It has been part of the business model from day one.

Fairly priced
Great email marketing shouldn't require a big budget. We keep pricing as low as we can, because access to good tools matters more than margins.
Our commitment to using water wisely
1% of every paid subscription goes to a not-for-profit in the UK that works on using water more efficiently.
