The Media library

The Media page is where all your uploaded images live. Upload images here and use them across any campaign, drip, or template.

Uploading images

  1. Go to Media
  2. Click Upload or drag and drop files
  3. Images are hosted on our CDN for fast loading in emails

Using images in emails

When you add an image block in the email editor, you can choose from your Media library or upload a new image on the spot.

Image tips

  • Maximum upload size is 10MB per image
  • For best email loading speed, keep images as small as possible — compress before uploading if needed
  • JPEG works best for photos, PNG for graphics with transparency
  • Always add alt text — it appears when images are blocked and helps with accessibility
  • Some email clients block images by default, so don’t rely on images alone to convey your message
