Manual enrolment
You can enrol individual people or groups into a drip from the drip’s detail page. Select the people or group you want to add and confirm.
What happens when someone is enrolled?
- They start at step 1 of the sequence
- Each email is sent according to the wait times you set
- If they unsubscribe, they’re removed from the sequence immediately
- If they’ve already received a particular email (from a previous enrolment), it’s skipped
Checking progress
On the drip detail page, you can see where each person is in the sequence, which emails they’ve opened, and whether they’ve completed the full sequence.
Removing someone from a drip
You can manually remove a person from a drip at any time from the drip’s detail page. They will stop receiving any further emails in the sequence.
