Read the guides

Click Account at the bottom of the menu, then Help Centre. The guides open in a panel beside the page you're working on, so you can follow the steps without losing your place. Type in Search the guides… to find one.

Message the team

  1. Click Account, then Message us.
  2. Type your question in the box and click Get help.
  3. If any guides match your question, they're shown first. Click one to read it. If none of them helps, click No, message the team.

If no guides match, your question goes straight to the team.

Our reply appears in the same panel, and a red dot shows on Account until you've read it. Replies come in SplashSend rather than by email, so check back there. Type in the Reply… box to carry on the conversation.

Suggest a feature

Click Account, then Feature Requests, to see what other people have asked for and vote for the ones you'd use. To add your own, click Suggest a feature, fill in a Title and a Description, choose a Category and click Submit idea.
