Signing in

Sign in with your email address and password, or click Continue with Google if you signed up with Google. When you sign in on a new device or browser, we may email you a code to check it's you. Type it into Verification code and click Verify.

If you've forgotten your password

  1. On the sign-in page, type your Email address.
  2. Click the Forgot password? link beside Password.
  3. We email you a code. Type it into Reset code, choose a New password and click Reset password.

If the code doesn't arrive, look in your spam folder or click Resend code.

Changing your password

  1. Click Account at the bottom of the menu, then Manage Account. This opens Setup → Sign-in & password.
  2. Under Change your password, type your Current password and a New password.
  3. Leave Sign me out everywhere else ticked if you want every other browser and device to need the new password. Untick it to stay signed in elsewhere.
  4. Click Change password.
Change your password in Setup, under Sign-in & password.
Change your password in Setup, under Sign-in & password.

A new password needs at least 8 characters, and a password that has appeared in a known data breach won't be accepted. When you change your password here, we email you a note, so you'd know if someone else had changed it.

If you can't remember your current password, click Forgotten it? above the box, then Sign out and reset it. You're signed out so you can reset it from the sign-in page.

If you signed up with Google

How you sign in shows No password yet beside your Google sign-in. Setting a password lets you sign in with your email address as well, which helps if you ever lose access to your Google account.

  1. Under Set a password, type a New password and click Set password.
  2. We email a 6-digit code to your sign-in address to check it's you. Type it into Code and click Confirm.
If you signed up with Google, we email you a code before setting your password.
If you signed up with Google, we email you a code before setting your password.

Signing in with Google keeps working, so you can sign in either way.

Your sign-in email address

How you sign in shows the address you sign in with. Emails about your account go there. You can't change it in Setup, so choose Message us from the Account menu and we'll help.

Your sign-in address is separate from your sender email, the address your emails to customers come from. You change that in Setup → Sender details.

Signing out

Click Account, then Sign Out. To sign out of every other device as well, change your password with Sign me out everywhere else ticked.
