Click Health in the menu to see how your emails are being received, and anything worth fixing. It's on every plan.
At a glance
- Delivered: the share of your last 30 days' emails that your readers' email providers accepted.
- Clicks by inbox: how often people at Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and iCloud click. If one is far below the others, your emails may be going to junk there.
- Your sending record: spam reports and bounces, beside the lines where we pause sending to protect your reputation.
The check-up
Each item says whether it's fine, worth doing, or needs you now. Automatic means we handle it. You means it's yours to do, and we show you how.
- Your domain: whether you send from your own domain, and whether its records still pass.
- DMARC: Gmail and Yahoo expect a DMARC record from businesses that send a lot. If yours has none, click Show me the line, add it where your domain's DNS is kept, then click Check again.
- Spam reports and bounces: low, rising, or past the line where sending pauses.
- People who've gone quiet: when a lot of your list stops opening and clicking, inboxes notice. A win-back drip asks them if they still want your emails.
- Big sends coming up: a scheduled email to far more people than your usual day. Click Spread it out to send it over two days from its time, your most engaged people first. See Sending a big email over two days.
Click Run a check-up now to check again, for example after you've added a record.
Done for you
What happened by itself in the last 30 days: addresses that bounced taken off, people who marked you as spam never emailed again, unsubscribes honoured and, on a new account, emails checked for scams before they went.
