Two dashboards look at the emails that go out on their own. Drips compares your drips, and Cruise shows how Cruise is doing beside the emails you write yourself.

The Drips dashboard

The figures along the top cover every email your drips sent in your dates.

  • Clicks: drip emails in which someone clicked, and their share of every click in your dates.
  • Click rate: clicks as a share of delivered drip emails. Underneath, it's compared with your campaigns.
  • Emails sent: how many emails your drips sent.
  • Live drips: how many drips are switched on now, and how many steps they have between them.

All drips lists each drip that sent an email in your dates, best click rate first, with emails sent, open rate, clicks and click rate. Emails from steps you've since deleted are grouped as Deleted drips.

Click a drip to open its Drip breakdown below the table. It shows how many people the drip emailed in your dates and its open and click rates, with two charts.

  • Step by step: each email step, with how many it sent and the share clicked. The bar is the step's share of the drip's clicks. Emails sent from inside a split are grouped as Inside a branch.
  • Time to click: how long after each email went out people first clicked, from under an hour to more than five days.

For one drip's own figures, such as how many people are still going through it, open the drip and click Report. See Checking a drip and seeing how it's doing.

Bounce rate by drip

This card compares each drip's bounce rate with your campaigns' bounce rate, shown as a thin line across the bars. A drip's bar turns red when its rate is over 2% and more than twice your campaigns' rate, and a note names the worst one. A drip that bounces a lot is usually reaching old addresses, so check who it lets in.

The Cruise dashboard

If Cruise had no send days in your dates and sent nothing, the dashboard says so. Otherwise four figures come first.

  • Cruise sends: how many Cruise emails went out, and how many emails that was in total.
  • Open rate and Click rate: across everything Cruise delivered. Under the click rate is how far above or below the campaigns you write it is.
  • Revenue: orders credited to Cruise emails, compared with the days before.

Cruise against the emails you write puts Cruise beside the campaigns you sent yourself over the same dates, for open rate, click rate and revenue per email, all measured the same way. If you sent no campaigns of your own in your dates, there's nothing to compare, and the card says so.

What Cruise did with each day

Each square is a day Cruise had an email planned, coloured by what happened to it.

  • Sent: it went out.
  • Approved, not sent yet: you approved it and its send time hasn't come yet.
  • Ready to send: with Send it chosen, it's written and due to go out.
  • Cruise is off: it's written, but it won't go out while Cruise is switched off.
  • Waiting for you: it's written and waiting for your approval, and there's still time to send it.
  • Didn't go out: it was written but never sent, and it's now too late to send it.
  • Skipped: you skipped the day, or moved its email to another day.
  • Couldn't write it: writing it failed, and it hasn't been written since.
  • Not written yet: nothing has been written for that day.

A sentence above the squares says how many planned days went out. If Cruise has tried and failed two or more times to write or send one day's email, a red label such as 3 failed tries on one day appears, and you can open that day on your Calendar to see why. Otherwise, a label such as 2 waiting for you to approve takes you to your Calendar to approve them. See Approving and changing Cruise emails.

Which goal worked

If Cruise's emails in your dates were written for more than one goal, this table compares the goals, using the goal each email was written for. See Fine tuning Cruise for what the goals do.

Every Cruise send

The last table lists every Cruise email from your dates, newest first, with its date and goal, how many were delivered, the open rate, the click rate and the sales. Click one to open its full results.
