Overview is the dashboard Reports opens on. It covers every email you sent in your dates, whether a campaign, a Cruise email or a drip email, and the sales they led to.

The figures along the top

  • Emails delivered: emails that went out and didn't bounce or fail. Underneath are the share of emails sent that were delivered and what sent them, for example 4 campaigns, 6 Cruise sends and 4 drips.
  • Opened: emails opened at least once, and their share of the emails delivered. An email counts once however many times it's opened.
  • Clicked: emails in which someone clicked a link, counted once each, and their share of the emails delivered.
  • Sales from email: the total of the orders credited to your emails, with the number of orders and the average order.
  • People joined: each person who subscribed or came back, counted once, with how many unsubscribed underneath. People brought in by an import, a list you moved from another tool or your shop's first sync aren't counted.
  • Can be emailed today: the people you can email now, meaning those who are subscribed, whose emails haven't been stopped and who aren't on a list you've marked never to email. Underneath is how many more joined than left in your dates.

The green or red labels beside Emails delivered, Clicked and Sales from email compare them with the days before.

Sales from email, by day

Each bar is one day's orders credited to an email, split into campaigns, Cruise and drips. An order counts on the day it was placed, even when the email went out a few days before. The key above the chart gives each kind's total for your dates.

Which emails bring in sales

The emails credited with the most sales in your dates, each with what it earned for each email delivered. A drip's emails are listed one by one, with the drip's name beside them, and a campaign's A/B versions count as one campaign. Sent earlier means the email went out before your dates and an order in them was credited to it. Open the full report shows every email that brought in a sale.

When people click

The grid has a row for each day of the week and a column for each three hours of the day. Darker squares had more clicks, and the busiest square has an outline. Busiest time underneath names the day and hours with the most clicks. Each email counts once, at its first click.

The hours are in your account's time zone, which is named under the chart, for example Times are in UK time. If most clicks come at one time of the week, schedule your campaigns for then, or choose Best time when you send to let SplashSend pick a time for each person. See Sending at each person's best time.

List health

Green bars above the line are the people who joined each day, and red bars below it are the people who unsubscribed. Under the chart is the net change for your dates and how many people joined for every one who left. If anyone unsubscribed, the day with the most is named too.

People brought in by an import, a list you moved from another tool or your shop's first sync aren't counted, so importing a file doesn't show as a tall bar.

Drips, ranked by click rate

The drips that sent emails in your dates, best click rate first, with each one's clicks and click rate. The Drips dashboard has every drip in more detail. See How your drips and Cruise are doing.

What people looked at

With the Website tracking app added, this card counts the products people on your list viewed on your site, what they added to a basket and what they searched for, and names the products viewed most. Visitors the app can't match to someone on your list aren't counted. Without the app, the card offers to set it up.
