Go to Collect and open the Answers tab to read what people have sent you. Answers are grouped by form.
Finding answers
Use Search answers to find words in an answer. The menus below it show one form instead of All forms, or one product instead of All subjects. The Private and On your site chips show only those answers.
Reading one
Click an answer to open it in full. You'll see each question with the answer given, and these details:
- Who: the person, with a link to them in People, or the name and email they typed. Someone who gave no name or email, and didn't use a personal link, is shown as anonymous.
- How it arrived: the campaign, drip or Cruise email the link came from, with a link to it, or that they filled it in on your website or through the form's own link.
- About: the product it's about, for a review.
- On your site since: when you put it on your site.
Private or on your site
Every answer starts private, which means only you can see it. To show one on your website, choose Show on your site, from the open answer or its ⋯ menu. It gets a green On your site badge and appears on the form's site wall. Take off your site makes it private again.
Once an answer is on your site, Pin to top keeps it first on the wall. Unpin puts it back in order.
To change several at once, tick them and use the bar at the top: Show on your site, Take off your site, Delete or Export, which downloads the answers you ticked as a spreadsheet file. Deleting an answer can't be undone.
Using answers elsewhere
- To show answers on your website, open the form's Site wall. See Showing reviews on your website.
- In Data, the Form answers set lists every answer with who sent it. See Using live data in your emails.
- In People, a group can use Answer rating to find people by the rating they gave, such as everyone who gave 5 stars. See Groups and lists.
- To start a drip when someone sends a form, add a Start a drip step to the form. See What happens when someone submits.
