The Account menu
Click Account, with your initials on it, at the bottom of the menu on the left. It shows the name and email address you sign in with, followed by these:
- Manage Account opens Setup → Sign-in & password.
- What's new lists recent changes to SplashSend.
- Help Centre opens these guides beside the page you're on.
- Feature Requests is where you suggest and vote on new features.
- Message us sends a question to the team. See Getting help.
- Sign Out signs you out on this device.
Your account settings
Account settings are in Setup, in the Workspace and Account groups near the bottom of its menu.
- Plan & billing shows your plan, your payment details and your invoices. See Upgrading, changing or cancelling your plan, or Paying through Shopify if your plan is on your Shopify bill.
- Team lists the people who share your account. See Working with your team.
- Your Crew holds the AI readers who give feedback on your emails. See Asking your crew.
- Sign-in & password is where you change your password, or set one if you signed up with Google. See Signing in and your password.
- Emails from us decides whether we send you tips and news. See below.
- Close account closes your account after 30 days. See Closing or restoring your account.
Your Sender details, Domain and Business address are in the Sending group at the top. See Setting up your account.
API keys
If you connect your own systems to SplashSend, make an app in Apps, under Apps you've made, or create and revoke keys in Setup → API keys. Each key belongs to an app of your account's own, whose page shows what it did. See Making your own app with AI and Using the API.
Emails from us
Now and then we email the people who use SplashSend with tips for getting started and news about new features. To stop them, go to Setup → Emails from us and switch off Emails from SplashSend. You can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of these emails.
Emails you need to run your account still come whatever the switch says. These include sign-in codes, receipts, billing notices and anything about closing your account.
